At John Bell & Croyden, we strive to ensure your luxury fashion purchases exceed expectations, offering a 28-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and pierced jewelry are excluded from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your online account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
